Portal terms of use

These terms cover your use of Moraph’s client services: the Moraph Portal (portal.moraph.com), Moraph Apps (app.moraph.com), Moraph Support (support.moraph.com), Moraph Docs (docs.moraph.com) and Moraph Academy (academy.moraph.com).

What the services are for

Use them to manage your organization’s relationship with Moraph, use the software your organization has licensed, get support, and learn. What Moraph provides, the service levels and the commercial terms are set by your organization’s agreements with Moraph, not by these terms.

Your organization’s administrators

If your account belongs to an organization, that organization’s administrators can see your name, role and activity in its workspace, change what you can access, and remove you from the organization.

What to share

Share only what is needed. Don’t put passwords, secrets or full records of patients, customers or citizens into messages or documents unless Moraph has agreed a secure way to receive them for a specific purpose.

Your account

Accounts are for one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Your information

We use what you give us here to run the service and to work with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where a signed agreement between your organization and Moraph covers the same subject, the agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access accounts or information that aren't yours, probe or disrupt the service, or upload anything unlawful. To report a security problem, see our vulnerability disclosure policy.
